Other than the Baby Food diet, there are plenty more Celebrity Weight Loss Fads that seem to be doing there rounds in Hollywood at the moment.
One Hour TV Diet
Created by Jason Vale, the 7lbs in 7 days diet has been used my stars such as Jordon and Sarah Jessica Parker.
The diet is very simple. Stickly one hour of TV a day. This is to encourage you not to snack through out the day.
The Mable Syrup Diet
Used by singer/actress, Beyonce Knowles, this diet invloves living on water, cayenne pepper and maple syrup. After doing this for 14 days Beyonce lost 2st for her role in Dreamgirls.
Beyonce tells us ‘I was just shrinking and shrinking.
‘People were like: “Are you OK?” I didn’t feel good.’ Although it worked for Beyoncé, experts warn that it can interfere with the body’s balance of sodium, potassium and fluids.
The Kids Cutlery Diet
As the title may suggest, this involves using kids cutlery when you eat your meals. This means that you are limited to serving smaller portions for your self.
Used by Liz Hurley, this diet tricks her into thinking that she is eating more than she really is.
These fads may be a quick way to lose weight but they are not seen as a safe long term weight loss guide.
