The Baby Food Diet
The strangest new diet fad taking Hollywood by storm is the baby food diet. Rumours suggest that
celebrities on this Diet include Jennifer Aniston, Drew Barrymore and Marci Cross.
Originally started by Hedi Slimane (Christion Dior designer) to keep his waist line enviably slim, the diet involves replacing 2 of your meals day with jarred baby food.
Results have shown that this diet does indeed lead to weightloss. Although it does have its obvious floors. No longer are you able to go out for a curry with you mates or have a romantic meal with your partner. Eating your lunch can also become a little embarrassing if you don’t have the pleasure of being at home all day.
While this diet decently gives results it is not recommended as a long term plan. Doctors have stated that possible teeth lose could be caused if this diet is used as a long term weight loss method. Although it is a balanced diet, baby food is of course indended for babies and is not a solution to safe weight loss.
