3. Regular Program – Consume 3a servings of Cambridge 15 to 20 minutes before each low-calorie meal which should consist of 400, 600 or 800 calories.
4. Use 3 servings of Cambridge with one healthy meal. Have your third serving 15 to 20 minutes before your meal or as a dessert. Limit calories to 400, 600 or 800. .
